THE SALTS OF OUR SOILS

THE SALTS OF OUR SOILS

On this page, Clifford Carnicom explores the distinct possibility that observed and measured saline stress on plants and trees in the southwest United States is coming from the metals and salts being found in the aerosols that are continuing to be researched. This paper raises some questions that deserve fair consideration with respect to the massive global effects from the aerosol operations on observed plant and tree die-offs. Discussed here are some observed plant and tree die-offs in the southwest U.S. starting around the beginning of 1999, when the aerosol operations began to be observed en masse in this area. As well, ground conductivity testing at various altitudes is detailed from further Carnicom research around this same time. One of the die-off discussions centers on the local grasslands in the extremely dry southwest. A second discussion ensues regarding the major die-off of the Pinyon Pines species in this same area. Though there are current theories to explain these situations, the salination of the soils appears to be a main cause. Conductivity readings (and correspondingly, ion concentrations) seem especially high in these areas of die-off. It has already been reported in previous Carnicom papers that the expected effect from the introduced aerosols is to heat up the lower atmosphere, and not to cool it as many have attempted to promote under the guise of a secret but benevolent motive. Under the best of circumstances it can only be determined that the aerosols will aggravate the drought and warming problems, if not actually induce these very conditions. Reduced forage productivity is already expected in part from the specific heat and desiccation properties of the aerosols.
CONDUCTIVITY: The Air, The Water, and The Land

CONDUCTIVITY: The Air, The Water, and The Land

Clifford Carnicom discusses a series of conductivity tests conducted on recent heavy snowfall samples collected in New Mexico and Arizona in 2005, which have refocused attention on the electrolytic, ionic and conductive properties of environmental samples in connection with the aerosol operations. This report has been received and documents unusually high levels of calcium and potassium within a rain sample, where previous work has demonstrated unexpected levels of barium and magnesium. Discussion in this work ensues and outlines conductivity testing on these samples, where conductivity is a means to measure the ionic concentration within a solution. Conductivity is proportional to ionic concentration, and the results of this testing shows the increased conductivity of the atmosphere from having these salts dispersed in the aerosol operations. This discussion also describes the difficulty of performing conductivity testing because of the concept of 'ohmic heating', extrapolates the testing results to calculate the volume of these ionic salts within the regional atmosphere, and considerations to what the implications are of having these elements in our air, land and water.
CALCIUM AND POTASSIUM

CALCIUM AND POTASSIUM

A laboratory analysis of a rainwater sample from a rural location in the midwestern U.S. has been received by Clifford Carnicom, and reveals extremely high levels of potassium and calcium within the sample. Examination of the aerosol issue has, almost from the beginning, focused on the important properties of such elements of Groups I and II of the periodic table. The attention has arisen because of the ease by which such elements are ionized. This ionization will take place in the majority of cases quite readily with the energy available from ultra-violet light and, in some cases, from visible light alone. Candidates for further and future testing, include strontium, aluminum and titanium. A partial list of the effects of ion disturbances upon human health are discussed in this work, and include Impairment of the body's ability to absorb oxygen, the development of allergies, high levels of serotonin in the bloodstream, and a reduction in the body's ability to filter airborne contaminants from lung tissue. Direct research from this site alone now documents unexpected levels of calcium, magnesium, potassium and barium. The acquisition of an ion counter will be a valuable instrument to further this research; if anyone is in a position to provide or loan this device please feel free to contact Clifford Carnicom.
BRAZEN PROPAGANDA FROM NASA

BRAZEN PROPAGANDA FROM NASA

Clifford Carnicom discusses how history will eventually reveal that the United States Air Force is party to another set of falsehoods that attempt to conceal the nature of the aerosol operations, and how these aerosols have now dramatically altered the very nature of the atmosphere in ways that threaten our existence upon this planet. The first tactic of choice by the United States Air Force was an attempt to ridicule the issue by authoritatively declaring it as a "hoax." This complicity has forayed into the arena of brazen propaganda, and is being conducted by another arm of United States "authority", the National Atmospheric and Space Administration (NASA). NASA has recently adopted a public strategy of abusing its position of national and public service by attempting to indoctrinate the citizens, including children, that the aerosol operations are a "normal" and expected consequence of daily life and aircraft. UNUSUAL MEDICAL FINDING

UNUSUAL MEDICAL FINDING

After suffering from a severe toothache, fibrous material was found under the gum line between two teeth. After repeated attempts at locating the origin of the pain, a dental assistant used a dental needle and revealed a source of pain between these two teeth. Eventually two small but visible fibers were removed from this area of pain. Some time and effort were expended under the microscope to analyze those fibers. Ultimately, the benefit of doubt was given to assume it was most likely of a natural origin or from the use of a toothbrush. At a later date, a visible mass eventually appeared at the base of the two teeth mentioned. The size and solid form of the material did appear to be unusual at that point, and it was subsequently collected for observation and analysis. The mass is approximately 1.5mm in diameter, and appears to be of biological origin due to the reddish color. The most striking characteristic of the material is that it appears to be composed primarily of filaments. Most of these fibers are of a transparent nature, and are difficult to photograph adequately under low power. The fibers that can be seen appear to number on the order of thousands to scores of thousands. It remains unclear at this point whether this mass of filamentous material is of biological or synthetic origin.
MORTALITY VS. VISIBILITY

MORTALITY VS. VISIBILITY

A model has been developed to depict the estimated increase in the mortality rate as a function of the decrease in visibility, and the results of this model in a graphical form are shown in this paper. It can be observed that mortality increases as visibility decreases, and that the effect is highly significant. This model does not consider the additional negative health effects that occur from the toxic nature of particulate matter. The American Heart Association establishes that an increase in the density of particulate matter will cause an increase in mortality. The expected increase is expressed in a differential form of an increase of 1% mortality of an increase of 10ug (micrograms) per cubic meter. Readers may want to also read the previous Carnicom paper related to this issue titled ’BARIUM TESTS ARE POSITIVE’ (dated May 24, 2004).
BARIUM TESTS ARE POSITIVE

BARIUM TESTS ARE POSITIVE

A series of qualitative chemical tests and deductions performed by Clifford Carnicom now confirm without doubt the presence of significant amounts of barium within atmospheric samples. Citizens may now begin the process of collecting the sample materials for formal submission to public environmental agencies and private labs for identification. Presented in this work is a detailed analysis of how these results were obtained. The most reasonable hypothesis at this point is that the original compound collected by various methods is a barium oxide form. This compound readily combines with water to form barium hydroxide. Ionizing plate filters and fiber filters both appear to be successful at accumulating the solid form of this metallic salt. Solubility, pH, precipitation, chromatography, electrode, electrolysis, flame, spectroscopy and spectroscopy comparison tests all support the conclusion within this report that significant levels of barium compounds have been verified to exist and are now to be examined in the atmospheric sampling process. This report corroborates, at an elevated level, the previous research that is available on this site. Readers may wish to peruse the previous papers on this topic: ’ELECTROLYSIS AND BARIUM’ (dated May 27, 2002), and ’SUBMICRON PARTICULATES ISOLATED’ (dated April 26, 2004).
ENFORCEMENT AND TOXICITY

ENFORCEMENT AND TOXICITY

Clifford Carnicom discusses preliminary findings that show an estimate of the volume of barium particulates in the atmosphere; a level that far exceeds the limit of human exposure to airborne contaminants. Soluble forms of barium are highly toxic, and are on par with the toxicity levels of arsenic. The maximum allowable limit for human exposure to barium atmospheric contaminants is 0.5 ppm; the current test result indicates that this limit may be exceeded by a factor of approximately eight times. Public environmental agencies are advised to begin the process of replicating the test methods to confirm or refute the results that have been established.
EXTRAORDINARY BIOLOGICAL OBSERVATIONS

EXTRAORDINARY BIOLOGICAL OBSERVATIONS

Further microscopy analysis of biological materials collected with HEPA air filters is presented here, as a continuation of roughly five years of similar study by Clifford Carnicom. Pictures of biological growths in petri dishes after various incubation periods are attached for consideration by others in identifying these biologicals. Of note is the striking difference between the control group growth, which remains constant over time, and the cultures developed from HEPA-weak saline solution that continue to flourish.
SUB-MICRON PARTICULATES ISOLATED

SUB-MICRON PARTICULATES ISOLATED

Current research involves a process of collection of atmospheric samples with the use of a plate ionizing filter from a citizen’s HEPA filter. This material is unusual in nature and is composed of two primary forms : fairly uniform fibrous and crystalline/powder materials. This material has been collected, placed into solution and subjected to electrolysis. A definite and repeatable chemical reaction does take place, which results in the formation of a highly insoluble precipitate. The best current analysis of that material positively identifies the existence of a metallic salt. The best analysis of the nature of that metallic salt is that of a barium compound which releases positive metallic ions in solution. In addition, direct visible observation of the precipitate under extremely high magnification detects the presence of reasonably uniform spherical sub-micron particulates within the electrolysis result. The specific gravity of these particulates is greater than that of water. Pictures of these samples are attached in this work.  It has long been postulated that the size of the aerosols under examination is in the sub-micron range, and that extremely high magnification will be necessary for detection. The size range of the aerosols has previously been estimated at approximately 0.5 microns in size as a result of atmospheric light effects; this conforms to the current observations.
MAGNETIC FIELD MEASUREMENT

MAGNETIC FIELD MEASUREMENT

In this paper, Clifford Carnicom tests the premise that there have been recent reports of a magnetic field orientation change in certain locations of up to five degrees. Any relatively sudden directional change in the orientation of the magnetic field of up to five degrees would be a phenomenal event. A digital logging magnetometer is often running at Carnicom's location (Santa Fe, New Mexico), and attention is focused on unusual magnetic field activity. A measurement has been taken at this location on this date, and it is reported there is no unusual or unexpected value of magnetic declination occurring on this date, and at this time and location.
