SF AEROSOL REPORT

SF AEROSOL REPORT

This Aerosol Report is a continuation of the modeling discussed in the previous Carnicom paper ‘AEROSOL REPORT – US’ on May 2, 2001. This model was developed to determine whether atmospheric conditions in the United States are favorable or unfavorable to aerosol operations. Using this predictive model and data collected in Santa Fe, New Mexico in 2001, the probability that conditions in the southwestern United States are favorable to aerosol operations is estimated to be 29%.
ERYTHROCYTES: POSITIVE VISUAL IDENTIFICATION

ERYTHROCYTES: POSITIVE VISUAL IDENTIFICATION

Further testing of air samples from Santa Fe, New Mexico provides positive visual identification of the presence of erythrocytes (red blood cells). The magnification in this analysis (approximately 5000x) makes the case that biological components are now a regular feature of the atmosphere that we all breathe. These red blood cells, along with the particulate matter in the air, make the case for realizing these aerosol programs are crimes of the highest order being perpetrated on innocent citizens.
EUKARYOTE PRESENCE?

EUKARYOTE PRESENCE?

Electrostatic air samples analyzed on May 1, 2001 and on numerous previous occasions are revealing the repeated presence of what appears to be a eukaryotic, or nucleated cell type. Initial analysis using an oil immersion objective indicates the presence of a nucleus and an internal granulated structure. Professional assistance with identification of the materials being shown is openly and fully requested. Further assistance is required to resolve the questions that are being raised from this finding.
SEARAD – MODTRAN – ABLEX

SEARAD – MODTRAN – ABLEX

An anonymous researcher wrote to Carnicom and recommended that he visit and read papers on the International Society for Optical Engineering website www.spie.com. The anonymous researcher stated “Please take time to look into SEARAD, MODTRAN, and ABLEX. I believe if you research these, you will find compelling info for chemtrails…Much mention of clouds in coordination with their new Air Borne Laser System…That’s all I can say as I am sure I too am watched for my activity in trying to get to the truth”. Initial research within this site demonstrates significant resources and efforts devoted toward aerosol modeling techniques, including detection of particulates and biological components.
IDENTIFICATION REQUESTED

IDENTIFICATION REQUESTED

Additional biological components have been repeatedly identified within atmospheric samples collected through the process of electrostatic precipitation on April 18 and 19 2001. The precipitator was active approximately one hour in each case. Microscope slides subjected to precipitation were subsequently heat fixed. Methylene blue stain was applied for several minutes, the slide gently rinsed, and then examined under the microscope.
CONTRAIL FORMATION MODEL

CONTRAIL FORMATION MODEL

A preliminary model is presented here to be used to predict whether contrails will form or not under reported meteorological conditions at flight altitude. Contrail prediction models are difficult to attain, so this model is presented for investigative purposes only. This model can and will be evaluated with actual observations in an effort to test it for reliability.
APR 08 2001 : BIOLOGICALS REAFFIRMED

APR 08 2001 : BIOLOGICALS REAFFIRMED

A fifth HEPA filter atmospheric sample taken in Santa Fe, New Mexico on April 8, 2001 demonstrates again the abundant presence of biological components processed by electrostatic precipitation. The biological components appear to satisfy the visual properties of erythrocytes (red blood cells). The images of these biologicals are presented here. A public appeal remains open for the professional independent evaluation of these materials being identified within atmospheric samples from different geographic regions. There exists an ethical and moral responsibility to the general public for positive identification and testing of the materials which are being found.
BIOLOGICAL STAINS : READILY AVAILABLE

BIOLOGICAL STAINS : READILY AVAILABLE

Investigation continues into the unexpected and repeated presence of biological components within numerous atmospheric samples recently collected through the use of HEPA filters and the process of electrostatic precipitation. The justification for using stains to detect biologicals in these samples is given, citing the Museum of Science’ website that recommends using stains to detect biologicals, as some biologicals are transparent under a microscope.
CAUTIONS AGAINST PREMATURE CONCLUSIONS

CAUTIONS AGAINST PREMATURE CONCLUSIONS

Carnicom outlines criteria and conditions to be satisfied in drawing conclusions about the specific purposes or agendas of aircraft aerosol operations currently in progress in the United States and globally, and cautions against drawing premature conclusions of such programs. A list of 19 items to be considered when drawing conclusions is presented in this paper.
PARTICULATES REAFFIRMED

PARTICULATES REAFFIRMED

Video documentation reaffirms the presence of abundant particulate matter in the atmosphere in Santa Fe, New Mexico on January 4, 2001. Six separate sessions of video have been conducted for this purpose, and each shows abundant, and by all appearances ionized, particulate matter. The previous Carnicom paper ‘PARTICULATE PHOTOGRAPHS – January 2001’ is related to these same observations.
NIPR.MIL 10 1/2 HOUR VISIT

NIPR.MIL 10 1/2 HOUR VISIT

The United States Department of Defense Network Operations was found to have visited the website www.carnicom.com for a duration of 10 ½ hours. This visit was uninterrupted, and involved an inspection or review of 53 web pages within the www.carnicom.com web site. A description of the NIPR is of its being a VERY secure, single point of contact for all DoD connections to the internet. A previous Carnicom paper discussed this organization in more detail (NIPR ACTIVITY INCREASES).
