Clifford Carnicom refutes accusations that he misinformed about the nature of contrails, as well as the accusation that Carnicom is spreading propaganda in order to make money off videos etc. that are sold to a scared public.
HEPA BIOLOGICALS CONFIRMED
Testing with a standard HEPA air filter revealed the existence of biological components in the atmosphere. The air filter was placed 10 feet off the ground, within a non-agricultural, non-industrial, high desert rural area, and the exposure time for the test was one week. The results of this work indicate biological components which again satisfy all the visual characteristics of red blood cells in air samples taken.
The methods used in this testing of filtering and identification are now available to all citizens with modest means. The identification of the cell types found, and an accountability for their existence is of critical importance to the public welfare, and it is hoped that independent researchers, professionals and activists will contribute to that cause.
BIOLOGICAL OPERATIONS CONFIRMED
This paper discusses the analysis of three atmospheric samples all containing biological components conducted in Santa Fe, New Mexico in 2001. Biological components as an aspect of the aerosol operations up to this time have been considered as being of a limited nature, with their significance and relevance to overall agendas remaining unknown. The findings in this paper drastically alter that interpretation, and biological components must now be considered as a major and dominant consideration within the aerosol operations.
The methods of electrostatic precipitation outlined in this paper are now available for all researchers, professionals and activists across the nation to employ. The need to further conduct these tests and to perform the qualifying research is now paramount to the welfare of all citizens.

This page is a call for citizens, professionals and independent researchers across the US to engage in researching the field of electrostatic precipitation, in addition to the pursuit of direct resolution filtering of the atmosphere in order to identify the particulate matter being emitted by aerosol planes.
IONIZATION-“CLOUDS” RELATIONSHIP
The role and importance of photo-ionization within the aerosol operations is becoming increasingly evident…the formation of so-called “clouds” can be directly related to the introduction of easily ionized materials within the atmosphere. This paper’s finding substantiates the case for radical alterations in the earth’s atmosphere, as well as with the recent findings that demonstrate the abundance of electrically charged particulate matter in direct association with the aerosol operations.
IONIZATION APPARENT
The question of whether of not visible light is sufficient to ionize the presumed metallic particulate material recently evidenced by photographs and video of January 3, 2001 is now answerable based on definitions and calculations discussed in this Carnicom paper. The ‘work force’ of metal is explained, which is crucial to the determination of the level of energy required for photo-ionization to take place. The results of the study done in this paper indicates that the energy available within visible light is sufficient to produce photo-ionization of barium particulate matter, and that midrange ultraviolet light is sufficient to produce photo-ionization of particulates of magnesium.
TELEPHONE TAP APPARENT
Clifford Carnicom’s phone line at this time exhibited anomalies that indicated the phone line was tapped. These indications included abrupt and erratic phone service to Carnicom’s residence with symptoms of repeated termination of conversations in mid-stream, failed connections, emergence of dial tones midstream, and various clicks and other sounds within the conversations. Though some of the more obvious indications of a phone tap went away after a while, those that continued were discrete, repeated and intermittent interruptions of phone conversation with clicks and momentary pauses of silence.

IDENTICAL FIBER SAMPLES RECEIVED
This work contains fiber samples collected and more pictures of fiber samples that were sent to Carnicom from a witness in Joseph, Oregon on October 2, 2000. These samples are identical in both appearance and characteristic to those discussed in previous Carnicom papers. All four samples collected so far have been reviewed under a microscope, and these new samples are identical to those that were sent to the US EPA. These samples have been found to contain significant biological components.
UNITED NATIONS TREATY Environmental Modification Restrictions 1976
This work gives a link to the United Nations Treaty of the Convention on the Prohibition of Military or an Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques, which by all accounts is being violated by the aerosol programs being observed and researched.
UNITED STATES EPA REGION 4 ALSO ‘UNAWARE’
This letter from the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to Senator Jess Helms, on behalf of one of Helms’ constituents, yet again obfuscates the reality of aerosol programs, and provides the typical denial of these programs as being normal ‘contrails’.

USAF TO TAYLOR: ALL IS ‘ORDINARY’
This letter from the United States Air Force continues a string of the denials of aerosol spraying programs that have been witnessed by many and upon which numerous tests have been performed proving such programs. The claim by this member of Congress who wrote this letter claims as usual that the spray lines observed and researched are simply ‘contrails’, despite proof to the contrary.
