MORTALITY VS. VISIBILITY

A model has been developed to depict the estimated increase in the mortality rate as a function of the decrease in visibility, and the results of this model in a graphical form are shown in this paper. It can be observed that mortality increases as visibility decreases, and that the effect is highly significant. This model does not consider the additional negative health effects that occur from the toxic nature of particulate matter. The American Heart Association establishes that an increase in the density of particulate matter will cause an increase in mortality. The expected increase is expressed in a differential form of an increase of 1% mortality of an increase of 10ug (micrograms) per cubic meter. BARIUM TESTS ARE POSITIVE

A series of qualitative chemical tests and deductions performed by Clifford Carnicom now confirm without doubt the presence of significant amounts of barium within atmospheric samples. Citizens may now begin the process of collecting the sample materials for formal submission to public environmental agencies and private labs for identification. Presented in this work is a detailed analysis of how these results were obtained. The most reasonable hypothesis at this point is that the original compound collected by various methods is a barium oxide form. This compound readily combines with water to form barium hydroxide. Ionizing plate filters and fiber filters both appear to be successful at accumulating the solid form of this metallic salt. Solubility, pH, precipitation, chromatography, electrode, electrolysis, flame, spectroscopy and spectroscopy comparison tests all support the conclusion within this report that significant levels of barium compounds have been verified to exist and are now to be examined in the atmospheric sampling process. This report corroborates, at an elevated level, the previous research that is available on this site. Clifford Carnicom discusses preliminary findings that show an estimate of the volume of barium particulates in the atmosphere; a level that far exceeds the limit of human exposure to airborne contaminants. Soluble forms of barium are highly toxic, and are on par with the toxicity levels of arsenic. The maximum allowable limit for human exposure to barium atmospheric contaminants is 0.5 ppm; the current test result indicates that this limit may be exceeded by a factor of approximately eight times. Public environmental agencies are advised to begin the process of replicating the test methods to confirm or refute the results that have been established.

EXTRAORDINARY BIOLOGICAL OBSERVATIONS

Further microscopy analysis of biological materials collected with HEPA air filters is presented here, as a continuation of roughly five years of similar study by Clifford Carnicom. Pictures of biological growths in petri dishes after various incubation periods are attached for consideration by others in identifying these biologicals. Of note is the striking difference between the control group growth, which remains constant over time, and the cultures developed from HEPA-weak saline solution that continue to flourish.

SUB-MICRON PARTICULATES ISOLATED

Current research involves a process of collection of atmospheric samples with the use of a plate ionizing filter from a citizen’s HEPA filter. This material is unusual in nature and is composed of two primary forms : fairly uniform fibrous and crystalline/powder materials. This material has been collected, placed into solution and subjected to electrolysis. A definite and repeatable chemical reaction does take place, which results in the formation of a highly insoluble precipitate. The best current analysis of that material positively identifies the existence of a metallic salt. The best analysis of the nature of that metallic salt is that of a barium compound which releases positive metallic ions in solution. In addition, direct visible observation of the precipitate under extremely high magnification detects the presence of reasonably uniform spherical sub-micron particulates within the electrolysis result. The specific gravity of these particulates is greater than that of water. Pictures of these samples are attached in this work.  It has long been postulated that the size of the aerosols under examination is in the sub-micron range, and that extremely high magnification will be necessary for detection. The size range of the aerosols has previously been estimated at approximately 0.5 microns in size as a result of atmospheric light effects; this conforms to the current observations.

MORTALITY REQUIRES EXAMINATION

A concerned citizen has written to Clifford Carnicom regarding death statistics that were found in the San Francisco Chronicle death notice archives for the months January and February in the years 1995 - 2004. The anonymous citizen had wondered if deaths in these years were markedly different after the start of the aerosol programs. As it turns out, the deaths reported in this paper show the death rate for 2004 to be ten times that of the same months in 1995. Though there are shortcomings in this data (only the months January and February are considered, different reporting methods may have been employed in later years, an increasingly aging population, etc.), this data may be statistically significant in showing an increase in the number of deaths in San Francisco during that time from aerosol programs. The citizen makes the case for others to do the same research.

THE OCTOBER SOLAR STORM

There appears to be a correspondence between the magnitude of magnetic disturbance that results from an extreme solar storm and the magnitude of apparently artificial ELF-VLF pulse data that has been previously recorded by Clifford Carnicom in the paper titled MAGNETICS, AEROSOLS & VLF (dated April 13, 2003). This indicates that any artificially generated pulsed data that has been recorded by this same magnetometer, as is shown in this paper, may also be acting on a global level. The role of the aerosols and the HAARP facility and the propagation of ELF-VLF energy, as is referenced in the previous Carnicom paper referenced above should also be a consideration in the comparison which is made in this work. A graph attached to this page showing the magnitude of the magnetic disturbance captured and described above is compared to the graph of the anomalous magnetometer data recorded on April 5, 2003 in the aforementioned paper MAGNETICS, AEROSOLS & VLF. It will be noted that the magnitude of the pulsed and apparently artificial data is on the same order as that which results from the extreme solar storm recorded.

THE THEFT OF SUNLIGHT

This is a discussion about measurements recently taken with a calibrated photometer that measure the reduction in intensity of sunlight that occurs as a direct result of heavy aerosol operations. These measurements expose a rapid reduction in the transmission of sunlight coinciding with photographs presented on this page that show the aircraft aerosol trails systematically increasing the extent of the aerosol bank. Interesting to note, is that rather than reducing the temperature of the earth and lower atmosphere, the aerosol operations commonly have the opposite effect of increasing temperature and aggravating, if not inducing drought conditions. This is a result of a combination of factors, including the specific heats of the elements involved as well as the hygroscopic properties of the aerosols. Physical and chemical analysis of the aerosol dynamics will lead to the expected observations of increased temperature, decreased moisture and an increase in winds.

An unidentified source has written to Clifford Carnicom about a meeting he had with a well-placed military source about at least one aspect of the aerosol programs, and makes significant claims about these operations. Assertions made by this source: - The aerosols programs are a joint effort by the Pentagon and pharmaceutical industry - The goal is to test biological diseases on an unsuspecting population - The bacteria and viruses sprayed are freeze dried and attached to fine filaments for dispersal - The metals released along with the diseases heat up from the sun, creating a perfect environment for the bacteria and viruses to thrive in the air supply - Most countries being sprayed are unaware of these programs - The ultimate goal is to control all populations through accurate and directed spraying of disease and drugs UPDATE - August 17, 2003 – The researcher who initially wrote to Carnicom above chimed in on the Carnicom web page to make further points about what has been revealed. Additional thoughts from this researcher include questioning why a top respiratory doctor told people on television not to exercise outside, and that respiratory disease has gone from eighth to fourth as a leading cause of death.

MOLDS FLOURISH, ILLNESS PREVAILS

Large numbers of colonies of mold have evolved during the incubation period in what is the second atmospheric test for molds discussed on this page. This second mold test (see the Carnicom paper on the first test titled ATMOSPHERIC MOLD IS ABUNDANT dated March 14, 2003) was conducted in a dry high desert environment on a day of low wind and clear skies. Mold propagation should be unsuitable under these conditions, yet there were at least 40 counted in this test. Molds are now classified as one of the leading causes of allergies, and almost all chronic sinus infections are a result of molds. Citizens may wish to act upon the health implications of these findings, as well as the documented increase that has occurred in the ailments mentioned above. It is hoped that additional testing will now begin by citizens in various locations, indoors and outdoors, to assess the extent and nature of this environmental condition. It appears likely that this test may be representative of the general state of affairs.

AN INQUIRY INTO POWER

An inquiry into ambient magnetic strengths is the subject of this Carnicom paper, along with potential associations of these findings with the HAARP facility also discussed. The overall result of this study tis to understand the immense amount of energy available from the HAARP project, and the very real potential of that facility to affect, as an absolute minimum, human biology, physiology, and mental and neural functioning. This study begins with observations of magnetic strength around a series of residential power lines outside Santa Fe, New Mexico. Questions that are asked and addressed through mathematical calculations are: 1) How strong should the magnetic field around a rural residential power line be?; 2) How far away can and should it be measurable?; 3) How strong should the electrical field be around these wires, and how far away can it be expected to have an influence?; 4) At what distance is the biological effect from these ELF waves of no further consequence? An analysis of these questions, with supporting direct measurements, is the crux of this paper. Formulas are given and discussed for related items such as the strength of the magnetic field around a wire of current, and the relationship between the maximum electrical field strength and the maximum magnetic field strength, among others. The resulting equation provides a useful way to estimate the distance that we should be to reduce the intensity to a desired level, given that the power line is carrying a certain amount of current.
