Carnicom establishes a model that attempts to model the atmospheric conditions that are favorable or unfavorable for aerosol operations. This model and research is preliminary, and though there are no guarantees of reliability, the data available at the time suggests 100% favorable conditions in the US for aerosol operations.

As an extension of the previous Carnicom paper titled ELF FREQUENCY IDENTIFICATION (November 10, 2002), the presence of frequent or continuous ELF (Extremely Low Frequency) radiation at discrete frequencies that are multiples of 4Hz has been confirmed by two different methods. The first involves the use of an electronic ELF amplifier circuit that incorporates data logging, and the second involves the combination of an inductive-capacitive resonant circuit in conjunction with a gaussmeter and a signal generator. Clifford Carnicom discusses how history will eventually reveal that the United States Air Force is party to another set of falsehoods that attempt to conceal the nature of the aerosol operations, and how these aerosols have now dramatically altered the very nature of the atmosphere in ways that threaten our existence upon this planet. The first tactic of choice by the United States Air Force was an attempt to ridicule the issue by authoritatively declaring it as a “hoax.” This complicity has forayed into the arena of brazen propaganda, and is being conducted by another arm of United States “authority”, the National Atmospheric and Space Administration (NASA). NASA has recently adopted a public strategy of abusing its position of national and public service by attempting to indoctrinate the citizens, including children, that the aerosol operations are a “normal” and expected consequence of daily life and aircraft. A honey like substance was splattered on a witness’ windshield while she was driving in California in April 2000, as well as on the car’s windshield behind her. The woman took photographs that are shown in this paper, and a small sample of this material was sent to Clifford Carnicom for analysis. There is fibrous material in the sample as well. This occurred under a clear sky with no obvious reason for this material to have landed on this car. Of note are two similar instances of what appeared to be identical materials observed, one in July 2000 in Albuquerque New Mexico that was experienced by Clifford Carnicom, where a material landed on his car windshield that was similar form and color to that of the samples sent to him previously. Another report from a witness in North Carolina claimed in August 2000 that a very similar material was found on her car windshield.

Recent results from examining rainfall samples using methods of crystal chemistry are indicating substantial levels of metallic particulates within these rainwater samples. The analysis of the aerosol operations by a combination of methods repeatedly results in considerable attention being given to the elements of Group II of the periodic table (e.g. – magnesium, calcium, barium). The crystalline forms primarily found in these rainwater samples and documented with microscopic pictures is that believed to be magnesium chloride. This gives an indication of the existence of ionic magnesium within the rainfall sample. A description of the method used to create the crystalline forms shown in the attached pictures is provided here, with discussion of the polarizability and deliquessence attributes of these samples.

All work thus far indicates that the culture forms under examination encompass primary pathogenic forms that are in association with the so-called “Morgellons” condition. These are the the encasing filament, the chlamydia-like organism, the mycoplasma-like (pleomorphic) organism and under certain conditions, the erythrocytic (red blood cell) form. This list does not exclude current or future discoveries by any party that are sufficiently documented, but this list is inclusive as of this date.

In this paper, Clifford Carnicom tests the premise that there have been recent reports of a magnetic field orientation change in certain locations of up to five degrees. Any relatively sudden directional change in the orientation of the magnetic field of up to five degrees would be a phenomenal event. A digital logging magnetometer is often running at Carnicom’s location (Santa Fe, New Mexico), and attention is focused on unusual magnetic field activity. A measurement has been taken at this location on this date, and it is reported there is no unusual or unexpected value of magnetic declination occurring on this date, and at this time and location.

OHIO ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY DECLARES THAT IT IS ‘UNABLE’ TO COMPLETE AN INVESTIGATION

The mortality statistics in the US for 1999 have been released by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) on June 26, 2001. The results of this report beg these questions (and others): 1)Why is one of the 5 leading causes of death no “Chronic lower respiratory disease”? 2)Why was the former leading death category “Chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases and allied conditions” changed for the 1999 data to now read “Chronic lower respiratory disease”? Included here are pictures of HEPA filters from a house air filter showing particulates and matter on the filters.

This paper discusses a preliminary model developed in order to estimate the length of time required for ‘normal’ contrails to dissipate. The model developed agrees extremely well with historical behavior and observation of contrails. Conclusions that result from the study of this model include the expected rate of water vapor based contrails, and that the rates of dissipation for normal contrails are based on the size of ice crystal particulates and amount of solar radiation. A further conclusion drawn is that if an observed contrail does not conform to the model, it is likely that the material of emission is not water vapor.

A concerned citizen has written to Clifford Carnicom regarding death statistics that were found in the San Francisco Chronicle death notice archives for the months January and February in the years 1995 – 2004. The anonymous citizen had wondered if deaths in these years were markedly different after the start of the aerosol programs. As it turns out, the deaths reported in this paper show the death rate for 2004 to be ten times that of the same months in 1995. Though there are shortcomings in this data (only the months January and February are considered, different reporting methods may have been employed in later years, an increasingly aging population, etc.), this data may be statistically significant in showing an increase in the number of deaths in San Francisco during that time from aerosol programs. The citizen makes the case for others to do the same research.

A lengthy letter from the EPA, sent to a concerned citizen and copied on this page, is a complete denial of the possibility of aerosols and aerosol operations. The letter speaks a common theme of denial that the spray lines, witnessed by an increasing number of people and spreading out across the sky, are simply normal contrail exhaust from aircraft engines.

I have recently been notified of an unusual crystal form that has developed within an ionizer. A detailed description of the circumstances of occurrence is presented below by the sender of the sample; the original report was submitted on July 20, 2003. I have placed the material under the microscope and have taken several microphotographs at a magnification of 200x; these photographs also are presented below. The crystals have a unique branch-like, or dendritic structure, and they are highly soluble in water. A logical case has been developed within this article to substantiate the need for environmental testing of barium or barium compounds in our water, air and soil based on the progression of the following:

4)pH testing of rainwater for alkalinity/acidity

We now have a puzzle before all of us. We are likely to have some of the pieces that make up the whole, but we must all work on putting the pieces together. Infrared spectrometry alone cannot do this; additional resources, execution and smart thought will be required. The earlier this puzzle is solved in detail, the better we will all be for it. I can only ask you to join in the crusade. Until that necessary level of understanding is achieved, I will continue to offer my own interpretations below. The discussion will progress through generalized structural interpretations, possible and projected health impacts, and the review of various strategies that may be worthwhile of consideration for mitigation of the anticipated and observed effects of the condition.
